2008-2009: Jungner Gun Drill Grinding Cell: Complete PC application controling the whole cell including Fanuc robot loading gun drills into tool grinding machine. The flow from loading, grinding and unloading is supervised by the software system by guiding the operator for preparing shelf magazines at a point screen. All nc-path are generated from fifty different tool types imported from an excel sheet. The robot is also picking the different drills in the magazines by intelligent picking strategies.

2005-2009: Andritz-Lynson Machine (Roll grinding) Software dev for Roll Shop Computer system serving grinding machines with data from mill computers. Developed using SQL database tools and Microsoft Visual Studio. Adaptive force feedback system for optimal grinding, which controls path movements in part of microns to give acceptable finish at roll surfaces. Integration done in control system Sinumerik 840D.

2007: Crank Shaft Milling Software .Retrofit of special crank shaft milling machine for Volvo 4,5 & 6 cylinder engines. New NC-software with HMI with full parameterized milling data and graphical interface .Advanced clamping procedures with force feedback for correct positions and compensations.

2005-2007: Elekta Instrument, Sweden. Development of automatic calibration & verification procedures to be implemented in service tool software for the product Leksell Gamma Knife Perfexion. Also a automatic script was developed controling a Leica 3D laser measurement system which is used for on site recalibration or increase of position accuracy by generating compensation tables. 2005-2006: Riftec GmbH, Germany (Friction Steer Welding) Software dev for force sensor feedback system for keeping a robot at constant force in the welding procedure. Integration done in control system Sinumerik 840D.

2005-2006: PKM Tricept S.L, Spain (Calibration of Tricept) Software dev for an automatic calibration system, mainly for PKM machines where a major number of unknown kinematics variables needs to be found. With a new approach of mathematical optimization with genetic algorithms, the software can measure and calculate the appropriate variables and increase the position accuracy.

2002-2004: BMW Germany (milling with Tricept) Software dev for automatic calibration and analysis at machines in cells. Drive and spindle tuning was performed. Also a pc application automatically retracting machines to home position after production stops. (Microsoft C++)

2001-2003: Airbus Spain: (drilling with Tricept 805) Software dev for automation of measurement application with a Leica 3D Laser Tracker. Communication between Siemens 840D and the Tracker in real time automates the large data flow, used to calculate and create compensation tables for the cnc. (Microsoft C++) Boeing USA: (milling with Tricept 805 ) Software dev for machine coordinate measurement of floor beams at Tricept cell. Application includes measurement strategy and communication between Siemens 840D and a cross-laser probe. Project was also including automatic calibration routines and data feedback to Catia cad system. (Microsoft C)

1996-97: Schalins (milling machine tools, gold rings) Software dev of pc based design and motion planning system. Used for designing different patterns at golden rings for jewellery market. Application included import of cad drawings and operator support for path and tool planning. Machine was 4-axis controlled. Siemens 810 cnc system. (Microsoft C)

1995: Motala Verkstad (milling machine tools, steel) Software dev of post processor and motion planning for parameter controlled core models. Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi cnc system used. (Borland C)

1994: Volvo (milling machine tool, composite parts) Software dev for pc based 5-axis motion planning system for front part at 850 car model. The pc program was graphical user oriented with cad drawings as inputs. Siemens 840 cnc system used. (Borland C)

1991-92: Michael Deckel AG, Germany (machine tools)
Software dev for semi automatic tool grinding machines. Motion planning and operator support application at pc computers. Siemens 850 and Bosch cnc systems used.

1988-91: Jungner (tool grinding machines)
Software dev for pc based cam-systems (Borland C), 5-axis programming in cnc controlled machines. Main sw work was motion planning for different tool types including advanced mathematical implementations. Also calibration and automatic probe measurement systems was developed.
